Our jams are homemade and of various kinds from the trees of our garden and from producers of the surrounding area. We serve 4 types of corn-flakes, muesli, cheese, salami, cake.
The black bread from organic wheat & sometimes made with spelt flour and barley is also there along with the traditional loaf at breakfast.
Depending on the season, you will taste handmade local specialties, such as cream cheese, Parnassos feta cheese, wholemeal rusks with paste of black olives and tomatoes, musky cinnamon cookies, freshly baked herb pies or cheese pies, pies with honey, gourd honey and bay honey olives from the oldest and largest olive grove in the world, that of Arachova - Amfissa which is a continuation of the Delphic landscape, omelettes or eggs with tomatoes, twenty and more super foods to combine with fresh yogurt, fresh fruit and many other goodies are waiting for you taste!
Also for those who forgot their laptop or tablet at home, there is a shared computer on site that provides free internet access
